From that he founded his company Island City Studios and has been directing, producing, filming and editing projects ever since. On contract with the Bronx Museum and the School of Visual Art (SVA), he recenlty completed his first film: “All 4 One - The Tandem Tour Story.” Upcoming projects include, a feature doc about Steinbeck’s novel “The Log From The Sea of Cortez” where Adam will be working with Emmy Award winning producer Robert Kanter and actor James Franco.

My name is Joshua Berman and I am a filmmaker with over 10 years of video experience. My passion is telling stories in a unique way often looking at something from new angles. My video work has aired on NBC News, Democracy Now, Vice News, Fox 25 Boston, and Aljazeera. I was quite honored to have received two awards for my documentary film making including an award directly from Robert Redford. I filmed dozens of video projects including live studio productions, short films, documentaries, a music video for an America’s Got Talent finalist, instructional and marketing videos, and a PSA.

She previously founded the multi-disciplinary design consultancy Zizzia, Inc. in 2011 before returning to Harvard in 2014 for her ALB, and winning the Annamae and Allen R. Crite Prize for dedication to learning and the arts in 2018. She also studied filmmaking as a Special Student at the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University, in affiliation with the Committee on Film & Visual Studies.
