A native of Santiago, Chile, James has reported world news for a decade as a foreign correspondent on the field and the studio. In 2019, James embarked on a milestone in his career as Canal 13's Foreign Correspondent based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, covering the 2023 election in Argentina, the 2022 election live from Brazil, the funeral of Diego Maradona during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Coronation of King Charles III in London.
