Eric Kawa is an Multilingual journalist based in Freetown, Sierra Leone with a B.A in Mass Communication from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone. He serves as a Correspondent for Africanews and works with Capital Radio, Sierra Leone. Eric contributes to China Global Television Network (CGTN) and The Voice of America (VOA). Eric has worked with several media houses in Sierra Leone including: Star Radio/TV. He has also served as a fixer for BBC Africa and CGTN. Eric has contributed to several African News Channels including: Joy News, GH One TV, Starr FM and TV3 in Ghana and WADR (French/English Service) in Senegal. He is also the Owner/Producer of ‘Weekly Splash’ and '120 Seconds Countdown with Eric,' both programs are youth focused and edu-taining. Eric is also a Voice Over Artist and a Blogger/Vlogger.

Eastina Marian Boimadi Taylor is an experienced mentor/producer and presenter with a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry for over 13 years. She is currently the station manager for Capital Radio. One of Sierra Leone's premier commercial radio station.Since 2006,Capital has provided the best in international music, news and entertainment. The station broadcasts exclusively in English and our music is international. She is skilled in broadcasting,storytelling,mentoring,editing, Microsoft Office, and television, as well as a strong community and social services professional. Eastina is a 2018 Mandela Washington Fellows From Indiana University, and continues to champion the issues of young people through an organization called Shaping Young Minds Initiative. She was also a Community Engagement Manager and Project Lead for On Our Radar in Sierra Leone, Eastina led a community engagement network of over 70 community reporters in Sierra Leone, as well as mentoring of reporters across the On Our Radar reporter network around the world. She is the current Public Relations Officer for Women In The Media Sierra Leone,an organization which focuses on empowering Female Journalists to be able to use their platforms to tell adequate stories and advocate for better welfare and equal rights for women and girls in Sierra Leone.
