Turning stories into an audiovisual form is my greatest dream and I am living it. I am a video journalist who has worked for 8 years for several Lithuanian TV stations. I started out regionally, transitioned into national and doing everything to be international. I got used filming and editing by myself, digging up stories and delivering it by a deadline. I have made hundreds of various reportages from various countries: politics, social matters, entertainment, science, technology, travel and leisure are all on the list, but my favorite is science. Every topic can become interesting - it's just a matter of dedication and knowledge of filmmaking tools.

I have been working as a filmmaker for the last decade, mostly in the roles of editor, cinematographer and director. I was born in Portugal in 1983, graduated in Law in 2006 (University of Lisbon) and a few years later decided to change carrier paths. After two film courses - Prague Film School (Czech Republic 2009) and European Film College (Denmark, 2013) - I have done several projects in various countries (including Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Germany, Kenya, Uganda and Cape Verde). I love my profession and I am passionated about getting out there and capturing great stories.

Jonathan Saruk is a Blake Street Films cinematographer and producer who has created video content for the likes of ARTE, 3SAT, UNH­CR, BBC, Al Jazeera, The Great Big Story, ORF, and and has worked on corporate productions for S.A.P., Sony Ericsson, E.ON, and Unibail-Rodamco. He was Director of Photography on the recent feature length documentary Truth Detectives, commissioned by German public broadcaster WDR/ARTE. His still images have been published in The New Yorker, Newsweek and The Sunday Times Magazine, and his first monograph, The Forbidden Reel, was selected as one of the best photo­graphy books of 2014 by Time Magazine. A graduate of the International Center of Photography, Jonathan also holds an M.A. in print journalism from New York University.

Since these early photographs of a Mexican transvestite I have attempted to expose human rights and climate change related issues through photography. My name is Edu Villanueva and I am a filmmaker. I work as a cameraman, video editor and director depending on the project. I am co-founder of Milwaukee Video, I really enjoy working with film and it has always been my true vocation. Since I moved to Sweden in 2012 I have worked mostly for Sveriges Television SVT. I have also worked as a freelance cameraman with the live broadcasting of the Volvo Ocean Race´s arrival to Gothenburg in June 2015. In addition to this, I have collaborated in the production of commercial videos for the production company Silver Bullet Film and Göteborgs Universitet. Regarding my background, I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies at Ramon Llull University (Barcelona) and a masters in Cinematography at ESCAC, Catalonia’s Film College. For almost 10 years I have worked as an editor, cameraman and assistant for TV channels as well as for private production companies. In 2013 I was in northern Michigan shooting a documentary film about the legendary Stone Circle. In 2012 I directed “Sombra Espejo,” a sport documentary for Barcelona TV. In 2011 I worked as a freelance cameraman and video editor for the advertising agency Tiempo-BBDO in Barcelona. From 2009 until 2011 I worked in Sagrera TV, a film and TV production company based in Barcelona.
