A film on five women who help drive the development of their communities, countries and region. With photography by Sylvain Cherkaoui for the Open Society Initiative for West Africa’s “Everybody’s Business: Women’s Rights in West Africa” campaign. Drug policies in West Africa condemn both traffickers and drug users. However, for the latter, these policies constitute a real challenge and obstacle for those who seek and need access to social and health care services. PAEM is an initiative of the Government of Senegal through the Ministry of Justice represented by the Directorate of Education and Social Protection (DESPS). Its implementation is in line with the government's desire to promote a political and social environment that protects children against all forms of exploitation and abuse of the political vision defined in the National Strategy for Child Protection (SNPE). The project is funded by Italian cooperation to the tune of 500,000 euros and benefits from the technical support of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). As such, it aims to contribute to the abandonment of the practice of begging and child abuse, two scourges that affect the well-being of hundreds of thousands of young children and adolescents in Senegal. Child begging is an alarming issue in Senegal. Hundreds of thousands of street children are victims of human trafficking and abuse. The Senegalese Government is conscious of this situation, regardless of its judicial arsenals that promote children's rights and prevent abuse. Due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the authority launched the project "Zero enfants dans la rue." The project zero enfants dans la rue aims to put an end to child begging and abuse. This documentary film takes an in-depth analysis of the recurrent past events in this newly elected government of President Macky Sall. Since his accession to the office of the presidency, citizens don't have faith in their justice system, systemic corruption, economic scandals in the highest form, and the reverse of the democratic achievements. President Macky Sall gets upset when people questioned him about his intention to run for a third term since he was the one who said that his term of office would end in 2024. President Macky Sall strickly warms his party member and allies to talk about his intention or ambition to run for office for the third term, but whoever disobeys his order is automatically fired from his post! Does the history of 2012 will repeat in 2024? And where the Senegalese democracy is going? 4-min video to test out my new Sony a7S III and 20 mm Sony lens set at 1.8. I edited about a dozen videos at the 2020 Winter Fancy Food Show. I put descriptions, tagged them, and uploaded them on YouTube. I collaborated with the sound and video crew to create content as fast as possible. I filmed, directed, and edited this testimonial. I provided the lighting, mics, and cameras. I did five cuts for the customer, who gave me 5 stars. They placed the video at the top of their home page (multidots.com). En 2016, elle a créé le premier vide-dressing en ligne de Tunisie. Ameni raconte comment Dabchy.com est devenu un réseau social qui met en avant l'économie circulaire. About Nick L.
My name is Nick Loomis and I am based in West Africa. As a video journalist, my subject matter is most often dictated by whether or not it lends itself to the medium (not everything is a video story). That criterion satisfied, I enjoy doing stories related to the environment, economic development, social (in)justice and, above all, religion - with which this region is teeming.

Well I am Adams Sie, a Senegalese Documentary Filmmaker. Stories, I can't tell which one I like best... As I am concerned, and in relation to stories... all stories are important as long as they have the human story in them. Story that reflect actual facts of people, animals, places etc. A story that draws me closer to feel the emotion deeply within and outside my human body due to the authenticity and originality of the story told. Those are the kind of stories I loved.
