A collaborative production for a music video, conceptualized in Bangladesh, shot in Norway. This sequel to the original Startup Dhaka documentary took a year to complete. The first film, released in 2013, introduced and explained the emerging startup culture of Dhaka. Since then, Bangladesh’s startup culture has grown and matured; however, new challenges have surfaced. When in Bangladesh, the value startups are creating is clear and visible. International institutional investors, however, have hardly an idea of Bangladesh itself, let alone the opportunities it has on offer. Startup Dhaka Part 2 not only showcases the success and maturity of Bangladesh’s contemporary startups, but enlightens for an international audience the positive economic indicators of Bangladesh. beehype is run by music journalists, bloggers and DJs from around the world. We collect and carefully select what is best in our local scenes and present it to the global audience. To date, we have introduced around 3000 musicians from about 140 countries, and organized four exhausting and exciting marathons: Best of 2017, Best of 2016, Best of 2015 and Best of 2014. He cannot accept the future as helpless. Modern man has overcome almost all the adversities of life. Knows the unknown. Has established a kind of control over the living world. And in this way he has made his life happy and comfortable. But science is pointing the finger at the fact that the earth is warming much faster than normal because of the activities of modern humans. The level of this warming has been increasing for the last thirty years. The lives of us and the next generation and other biodiversity are at stake. The main cause of the recent climate change, i.e. global warming, is due to human activities. So environmental lawmakers and environmentalists are now working with climate scientists to prevent disasters and raise public awareness. Every human being now needs to know clearly the urgent issues about nature, environment and climate. And we need to know how each person can contribute to climate change. And he has to do that today and from now on.
