Bio Pierre-Michel Jean living and works in Port-au-Prince as a freelance photographer and film maker. He is one of the founders of (K2D) haitian photojournalist Collective and is a contributor to their magazine "Fotopaklè". He collaborates with the daily newspaper "Le Nouvelliste" and executes contracts for numerous European and North American medias. As part of his courses in Social Communication at the State University of Haiti, Pierre Michel Jean discovered the photography that he later pursued at CEPEC (Center for Photographic and Cinematographic Study). In August 2011, he graduated from Haiti Reporters, a program for the training of Haitian professionals in Multimedia. He represented Haiti at the 2013 “Jeux de la Francophonie” in Nice in France. Pierre Michel JEAN has already exhibited his photos in the context of multiple collective exhibitions in Europe as in America. In 2018, him work on the LGBTQI community rainbow campaign in Haiti was recognized with the Young Journalist award. Pierre Michel Jean made his first feature-length documentary in 2016 "Les guérisseurs de l'ombre" and produced his first feature film Towo Lakou, who will be on screen this summer.

JEREMY DUPIN Born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Jeremy is a freelance producer, filmmaker and journalist. Dupin has produced almost a dozen documentaries during the last 9 years in Haiti for different prestigious networks in the United States, Europe and Latin America. He produced the Peabody award-winning documentary Haiti In a Time of Cholera for Fault Lines. He is the recipient of the first Alfred I. Dupont Columbia University Award for Haiti Six Months On, a film that he produced for Al Jazeera English, He’s also an Emmy Award winner producer for the documentary “Haiti at the time of Cholera” for Al Jazeera English. He shoots, Edits and produces news package on almost a daily basis for a number of international networks, from the Americas and Europe. Dupin speaks Haitian Creole, French, Spanish and English.

My love for travel and exploration has taken me to over 50 countries, for both work and for pleasure. I'm a Photographer, Videographer, Editor, Producer and Fixer and have been living and working in Haiti for 5 years. I started out producing commercials, but was quickly recruited into the reality TV storm that swept through Hollywood in the early 2000's. This is where I was first handed a camera and began shooting as well as producing. Dieu Nalio Chery was born in Haiti and began photographing in his uncle's photo studio when he was twenty-years-old. He documented the social injustice in Haiti's slums after former President Jean Bertrand Aristide went into exile in 2004, and the rampant violence in the wake of the 2010 earthquake. Chery freelances for the Associated Press focusing on illegal arrests, hunger, homelessness, flooding and reconstruction. Chery's style is marked by photojournalism pictures, honestly with all the joy and spontaneity of a unique moment, and quietly recorded to the maximum utilization of the light environment itself, which makes that moment a real keepsake for a lifetime.
