My role included production planning, filming and editing. An interview with Zimbabwe's Director of the Department of Economic Affairs in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development. This was fast turn around interview shot in Harare with coordination from Washington DC. It was a great experience and pleasure to work with the IMF team. Video shot on BlackMagic in 4K 3840 x 2160 ProRes LT. Mapfihwa is a community and safe space for women that is reviving Indigenous agricultural practices combined with permaculture techniques. Mapfihwa is a word in the Zimbabwean Shona language that refers to stones that are used to support the pot whilst cooking using firewood, as traditionally done in many African societies.
