My name is Pindai Dube, I am a foreign TV correspondent based in Harare, Zimbabwe also cover neighbouring Zambia,Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania and most parts of southern Africa region. I have been corresponding for several African continental TV stations like TVC News, Etv News Africa (eNCA) African News Network 7 (ANN7) and also international media houses like Zoomin TV, Sunday Times UK, SkyNews (on part-time basis). Recently I covered the Cholera pandemic that had ravaged Zambia, the Zimbabwe coup that toppled longtime ruler,Robert Mugabe and also the burial of Mozambique opposition RENAMO leader Alfonso Dhlakama. In 2013,I was awarded the Zimbabwe Human Rights Journalist of the Year by a coalition of Zimbabwe human rights groups.

I am a highly self-motivated, collaborative, and creative assistant camera operator & drone pilot with a diverse background in documentary filmmaking. As an MA graduate (with Merit, University of the West of England) in Documentary Production, I have experience in assistant camera operation, DIT and drone videography in various challenging and often remote settings. I worked with BBC Studios (Documentary Unit) in 2020, ORF 2 (UNIVERSUM), BBC Studios (Science Unit) in 2021 and Talesmith in 2022 to shoot multiple sequences, bts, timelapse, and interviews in remote areas as well as being responsible for transferring, managing, and logging multiple shoots on location whilst exercising creativity in adapting shooting to unforeseen environmental challenges.

I am skilled in Multimedia Production, Scriptwriting, Video Editing, Cinematography, Graphic Design, Illustration, Photography, Audio Production and Branding. I take great pride in the work I do and always strive to deliver effective, focused and on-target solutions.
