I am an experienced field director and camera operator with 10 years experience and international field experience in Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho, Ethiopia, and The Gambia. Producing digital video content, promotional material, live events, television broadcasting as well as short-form documentaries that focus on current cultural and environmental topics. I hold an Extended National BTEC Diploma in Digital Film and Video Production and a Degree in Film from Arts University Plymouth in the UK and a Masters in Documentary Production at the University of the West of England in partnership and association with the BBC.

Lucky Aaroni is a Zimbabwean filmmaker and photographer. He is most known for the Internet comedy show Bustop TV.He has produced,shot and edited documentaries, news bulletin, written a number of short films. He has been a freelance photographer for newspapers in Zimbabwe which include Daily News and Harare News, a monthly paper.

I am passionate about using new media and creative arts for positive social transformation. I believe, as a multimedia producer, I have an obligation to create work which captures the state of society and raise consciousness of issues that we take for granted but are important in our quest for sustainable development. I believe development starts with a reflection of who we are and where we are. Good content allows us to reflect on the condition of our world and stimulates dialogue for positive transformation. I like documenting positive narratives about Africa, stories of hope, courage, and resilience. I’m a creative person who is able to work independently and also within a team. I enjoy problem-solving and have good leadership and organisational skills. I studied Creative Art and Design where I majored in Film, Photography, and Design. I have 8 years’ experience working as a videographer, graphic designer, photographer, web designer, and digital content creator. Over the years I have gained valuable experience in multimedia production and have done work for organisations like TRACE, Czech Embassy, World Education, Culture Fund Zimbabwe, British Council, Intwasa Arts Festival, National Arts Council, Oxfam, Internews/CIT, Disabled Women of Africa, Zimbabwe Music Awards, Alliance Francaise, Zimbabwe Ophthalmological Society, Scripture Union among others. I am skilled in Multimedia Production, Scriptwriting, Video Editing, Cinematography, Graphic Design, Illustration, Photography, Audio Production and Branding. I take great pride in the work I do and always strive to deliver effective, focused and on-target solutions.

Tinashe Ziswa is an award winning director and cinematographer based in Zimbabwe and is also the founder of Tall Grass Media. His first film production was a short film titled Dream in which he directed and wrote. He has since then created content for festivals, corporate, ZBC, DSTV and NGOs. He has a Certificate in Screenwriting from Relativity Workshops in Los Angeles, CA. He has won the European Film Festival 2021 best documentary of the year award for his documentary titled The Drug Story. Tinashe is passionate about telling African stories especially Zimbabwean stories and through Tall Grass Media aims to tell the African perspective while also working with other filmmakers to share knowledge and resources.

Mthabisi Onias is a video producer with 10 years of experience in the video production industry. He is the founder and Creative Director of ONVI TV. He holds a Bachelor's Honour's degree in Journalism and Media studies (NUST 2016). He studied Business & Entrepreneurship at the University of New Mexico in the USA in 2017. He holds an MA in Filmmaking from the University for the Creative Arts (2021) in the UK through the Chevening Scholarship.
