Judge Simpson - Reel '21 3D Motion Graphics Promo This is a trailer for Orbital Velocity's YouTube channel. It was produced fully by me, including the animation and motion graphics. This is one of 10 Space Bulletin news reels I did for SpaceFlight Insider in the Spring of 2019. I wrote, produced and edited the full video series. This particular video covered SpaceX's first Starlink launch, the contracting of NASA's Power and Propulsion Element for the Lunar Gateway, a Chinese rocket failure, Virgin Orbit's hotfire test and Mars 2020 rover testing. During the first full week of August 2019, the 45th Space Wing and the Eastern Range at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida demonstrated the ability to support two rocket launches in rapid succession. For my part, I worked with the SpaceFlight Insider visual team lead, Michael Howard, to produce a highlights video about the event. Micah Mouse LLC is a children's storybook company that hired created this animation/music score. GoDaddy Expand beyond was a spot I worked for as a contractor with BicMedia (Art class) I was in charge of engineering the remote session recording with our talent in the UK, as well as the majority of sound design/Foley heard in the spot. "Be The Change" is an advertising campaign run by the Kansas City Kansas Fire Department for which I was in charge of all production audio, post audio, editing, VFX and color.
