Nurudeen Sanni, a technical and creative filmmaker, has been working in the video industry since 2001. With keen interest in producing detailed features and documentaries, he has helped produced several meaningful documentaries both for local and international consumption, including his latest project – The Mount Coffee Hydro Power Plant (a documentary sequencing the developmental transformation of the hydro plant). His passion for improving local productions led him to establish a 100% Liberian media company called Light Communications Investment. Light TV, an arm of Light Communications Investment currently is the only Liberian channel that broadcasts Liberian programs all day, everyday. He has since been keen on ensuring that Liberians experience a change of mind through the positive programming of good Liberian production. Before setting up Light Communications Investment, Mr. Sanni worked for the United Nations Missions in Liberia, Sudan, and South Sudan. During these periods, he not only developed his skills, but also added value to the video units of the Public Information offices under which he served. Mr. Sanni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering, a Master Certification as an Apple Certified Professional, and a Website/Graphic Design certification among other many Public Information certifications.
