For more than 15 years I have worked with companies large and small to create visually compelling stories. Past and current clients include: Patagonia, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, PBS, Heifer International and many more. I am predominately a DP/Producer but also serve as production manager, gaffer, director and AD on many projects. In addition, I am part of a company that has full large scale production capabilities, including post production and graphics/animation. We produce content for all screens, online and TV, optimized for mobile, tablet, computer or television; scripted and unscripted. Our strongest asset is the ability to find and tell compelling stories leaving our clients with the results they demand.

About Ben P.

Photographer and documentarian Ben Powell’s assignments as a cinematographer have taken him to communities around the world, while his documentary films as a director have focused on landscapes near and dear. His adopted home state of Texas and the obsessive characters (and celebrities) that collect its historical treasures play a central role in “Phil Collins and the Wild Frontier,” which premiered at the 2013 New Orleans Film Festival. His first feature documentary, BARGE, focuses on the culture of towboat workers not far from his home town of Cleveland, Mississippi and premiered at the 2015 SXSW Film Festival, going on to win Best Documentary Feature prizes at Indie Memphis and the Dallas International Film Festival. Powell has received received artist grants from the Austin Film Society and the Garrett Scott Documentary Development Grant, and holds a BFA in Film, Animation, and Video from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Kat Robinson is a food historian and travel writer based in Little Rock. She is the author of Another Slice of Arkansas Pie: A Guide to the Best Restaurants, Bakeries, Truck Stops and Food Trucks for Delectable Slices in The Natural State. She is also the author of three previous travel dining guides: Arkansas Pie: A Delicious Slice of the Natural State (2012), Classic Eateries of the Ozarks and Arkansas River Valley (2013) and Classic Eateries of the Arkansas Delta (2014). She is the host of the Arkansas Educational Television Network program Make Room For Pie: A Delicious Slice of The Natural State, a committee member of the Arkansas Food Hall of Fame and the Arkansas fellow to the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, as well as the 2011 Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism Henry Award winner for Media Support. Her work appears in regional and national publications including Food Network, Forbes Travel Guide, Serious Eats, AAA Magazines and AY Magazine, among others. While she writes on food and travel subjects throughout the United States, she is best known for her ever-expanding knowledge of Arkansas food history and restaurant culture, all of which she explores on her 1200+ article website, Tie Dye Travels. Kat's previous experiences include radio personality work and television producer, including eight years as the senior producer for Today's THV This Morning, the CBS affiliate morning show in Little Rock. She lives in Little Rock with her daughter Hunter, partner Grav Weldon and a pair of mutant cats.

Hamada Elrasam (b. 1987 inEgypt) is a Cairo-based freelance documentary photographer, photojournalist,and videographer who covers humanitarian stories with a critical and creative eye. From the painful legacies of the Egyptian revolution and the Rwandan genocide, to the frontline of Europe’s migration crisis on the Greek island of Lesvos, he has dedicated his practice to the advancement of social justice and human rights. Over the last eight years, Hamada’s work has been published by the AssociatedPress, Voice of America, GlobalPost, Agence France-Presse, Al-MasryAl-Youm, Los Angeles Review of Books, Le Monde diplomatique, ABC News, Mada Masr, Jacobin, Al-Monitor, Truthout, among others. His image of a protest clash in Cairo won the Egyptian Photojournalist Society’s 2012 Egypt PressPhoto Award. In 2015, the Associated Press published his project “Traces of the Conflict,” which he produced as part of the first cycle of the Arab Documentary Photography Program.

Emmy Award (Mid-America) winning documentary filmmaker Kevin Thomas Clark has been making documentary films for over 20 years. His first film, Died for Zero, about the unsolved murder of his father was named Best of at Indie Memphis Film Fest and lead to the funding for his next 4 films. The Old Gray Lady, an in-depth look at the history and death of one of the last progressive newspapers in the American South, earned critical praise from both sides of the newspaper war that ushered in her end. His follow ups, The Crisis Mr. Faubus Made and Is you is… A Louis Jordan Story presented important historical events and characters in interesting and creative packages for new audiences. For public television, Clark has been a producer, director, cinematographer and editor for Emmy nominated series, films and digital shorts. His work earned 6 Emmy nominations in 5 years; with 2 awards for his films Ain’t Dead Yet and A Final Run—The 1969-70 Carver Cobras.
