I'm an Oscar-nominated and two-time Emmy-winning filmmaker and photographer based on the East Coast, USA. I'm the DP and producer of Academy-Award nominated film and Netflix Original "Heroin(e)" and the Netflix Original Documentary "Recovery Boys." Sam Mirpoorian is an award-winning filmmaker exploring societal themes at the intersection of time, isolation, health, science, + introspection. During his undergrad + grad studies at Indiana University, he made his first doc-short, Little Warriors, which tells the story about youth activism in the space of climate policy. The film was a Grand Prize Winner at the Academy Award-Qualifying, Heartland Film Festival in Indianapolis. In 2018, Sam edited + produced a doc-short, Destination Park, which examines a mobile chapel located in the heart of a desolate truck stop in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Bob and Clint Moffatt are a Canadian brother musical duo. Performing professionally from the early age of 4 and with over 5,000 live performances, Clint and Bob certainly fall within the category of seasoned entertainers. Along with their brothers, Scott and Dave, The Moffatts were signed to PolydorRecords in Nashville and became the youngest band to ever sign a major label record deal. Over the course of their career they have sold in excess of six million records, (most likely another 6 million on the old cassette black market) recorded 7 albums, have Gold and Platinum records in 32 countries, performed at one of the first ever paid concerts in China, performed the first ever outdoor stadium concert in Vietnam and, to this day, hold album sales records for international acts in Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore! In 2005 Bob and Clint signed with SonyBMG Thailand and release an album called “The Meaning of Happy”. That record was the top selling record in 2006 for international artists in the Asian region. In 2006, they moved back to Nashville where they re-established their careers as songwriters. They signed at Wrensong/Reynsong Publishing in 2010 and wrote there successfully for 8 years. In 2018, the duo released a series of traveling music videos, which they titled “Music Travel Love”. Combining their love for music, travel and family, Bob and Clint would pack up their gear in a few small backpacks, and head across the world in search of the most beautiful destinations where they would film videos featuring nostalgic cover songs and their own originals. Michael Clubb is a photojournalist based in Lexington, Kentucky. Born in Louisville but raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Michael returned to the Bluegrass state to attend the University of Kentucky. After joining the Kentucky Kernel, UK’s independent student newspaper, as a photographer, he soon realized that photography was more than a hobby for him; it would be his career. Now a junior, he is majoring in marketing and continues to work for the Kentucky Kernel— now as managing editor as well as photographer. Though he has shot news and features for the Kernel and other outlets, from a shooting at the Fayette Mall to how local businesses operated on Election Day 2020, Michael especially enjoys shooting sports. UK’s nationally recognized athletics program has allowed Michael many opportunities to photograph large-scale sporting events, such as UK football’s 2018 and 2019 bowl games, the 2019 NCAA men’s basketball Elite Eight, and historic 2020 basketball and football games played under COVID-19 protocols. RECOGNITIONS: I was recently named among the top multimedia photojournalists in the National Press Photographers Association's international Best of Photojournalism contest for my portfolio of video work (March, 2016).
