Joseph Carter has over 15 years of experience in Latin America- mostly in Brazil where he was based in Rio de Janeiro. He has worked as a cameraman, presenter, producer and actor for Brazilian, European and American channels and production companies on a freelance basis for the last 13 years. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, English and Italian (and some French), and has an extensive web of contacts throughout Central and South America.
