This video helped launch the #FreeRedFawn campaign for a political prisoner in Standing Rock. I recorded most of the dialogue and created original music for it, while at the protest camp in a little solar-powered studio. In Navajo Nation, where water is scarce, satellites are being sent up to space to measure groundwater conditions. I composed an original piece for this and helped balance audio levels of previously recorded interviews. The Bayou Bridge Pipeline is the tail end of the Dakota Access Pipeline. There is strong resistance from Indigenous and Black communities in the Bayou, who have seen their wetlands vanish and petrochemical spills poison local residents. I recorded interviews and field recordings on-site and created original music in post-production. Produced, shot and edited a travel piece for Outside Magazine about Chattanooga, Tenessee's mountain biking culture. Produced, shot and edited a profile video for Outside Magazine about a fly fisherman named Chad Brown. About Alex S.
I am a composer, multi-instrumentalist, and sound supervisor who specializes in off-the-beaten-path storytelling. Often, I take projects that focus on Indigenous topics, like culture and land conservation. As a composer, my strong suit is in glorifying the beauty of nature, underscoring the tone and pacing of scenes, and providing insight into the depths of a character. As a sound supervisor, I record pristine dialogue and ambient sounds on-site, and can mix and master audio.

About Jerry R.
I am a professional visual journalist, have been for more than 20 years. I began my career as a staff photographer at newspapers in the American West, at a time when papers still had darkrooms and photographers still processed their own film. In 1998, my wife, author Karen Coates, and I moved to Cambodia. There, I shot news, features and investigative stories for Agence France-Presse, The New York Times, The Cambodia Daily and dozens of magazines. We have since combined our talents on numerous projects examining under-reported stories across Asia and beyond, with particular focus on environment, health and social issues. For the past eight years, we have documented the widespread effects of unexploded ordnance (UXO) in Laos. Our book, Eternal Harvest: The Legacy of American Bombs in Laos, was published by ThingsAsian Press in 2013. Recently I added HD video work to my high-quality still image repertoire. I am a Senior Fellow at the Schuster Institute for Investigative Journalism at Brandeis University and was a 2012-2013 Scripps Fellow in Environmental Journalism at the Center for Environmental Journalism at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

About Ernie Z.
Activist, storyteller, and public servant. With 15 years of experience in professional film and video work, I've dedicated my career to understanding narrative fiction as truth, non-fiction film as cinematic fact, and journalism as a blend of the two. The tools of making this content change all the time and I look at keeping up with these progressions as a pre-requisite while keeping the story at the center. I've worked as a producer for live events, field work, documentaries, narrative projects as well as spend time in the editing room, behind the camera, and in the classroom as a art & storytelling educator. I'm always looking for new challenges whether it means being a one person crew or managing a large number of professionals.
