Anam Abbas grew up in Pakistan and studied Cinema at the University of Toronto and Documentary Production at Sheridan College, Canada. She is a documentary Director, Cinematographer and Photographer, And has worked In Canada and across Pakistan. Saman Khan has spent more than 16 years working in media as an anchorperson, reporter, assignment editor, Scriptwriter, researcher, feature specialist, and package producer. Hello, my name is Ali, and from an early age, I have been driven by a deep passion for storytelling. Whether it was captivating my younger siblings and cousins with imaginative tales or exploring new avenues of creative expression, storytelling has always been at the core of who I am. In 2009, I embarked on a journey to learn photography, recognizing it as a powerful medium to convey stories visually. This led me to collaborate with seasoned photojournalists as a fixer in the Gulf region. Through this experience, I gained invaluable insights into the world of documentary storytelling and honed my skills behind the lens. Fuelled by a desire to delve deeper into the art of storytelling, I made the decision to return to Pakistan to embark on long-term documentary projects. These endeavors allowed me to immerse myself in the lives and narratives of individuals, shedding light on their untold stories and the issues they face. While pursuing my passion projects, I also work as a media producer, taking on video production assignments for clothing brands. This not only provides me with financial stability but also allows me to apply my storytelling skills in a commercial context. Exploring the horizons of parallel cinema and experimenting with the modern techniques of drama production, Ali Haider is a young and vibrant student of Film and Television Production at Punjab University. His so far projects deal with the wide range of media production both in content and format such as ‘Manto Ke Sath Aik Nishast’ and ‘Daku-Mentary’, a situational comedy play.
