A story about a danish man and his search for love. A short documentary on Stefan, a devout christian who dealt sexual abuse when he was a child. Once a year takes place Riga Fashion Week. This week long exposition of what is new in Latvian and regional fashion is an opportunity for me to freelance and both video and photograph the events. Usually after I have new contacts and make specific summary projects for specific participants. I have been an independent photography contractor for the company "Speedingfilms" that make video and photographic summaries of large scale public events like our Latvian top summer music festivals such as Positivus. Series of 3 videos has been made due to Independance day of Latvia. 1,500 military personnel from 16 NATO Allies and partner nations are gathered together in the Czech Republic to train their JTACS or Joint Terminal Attack Controllers. That's the service member who is responsible for calling in air support if troops are coming under fire. Before World War II, EML Lembit was one of the two submarines built by the British for the Republic of Estonia. The Estonians held the largest and most successful national fund-raising event in Estonian history. When the Soviet Union occupied Estonia, Lembit became part of the Soviet fleet. It is now on display in the Estonian Maritime Museum. It’s an unusual sight to see US attack jets landing on a highway. That’s what happened on a road in Estonia with A-10s from a unit based in Missouri. These aircraft are temporarily stationed at Ämari Air Base in Estonia. The pilots need to practise landing on a variety of surfaces.

While I am young, I have already amassed 10 years of photography experience in Latvia. I have experience not just with weddings and advertising photography, but have also made various individual projects such as calendar photography with travel agencies and interior design houses. Recently I have been hired to escort and photograph an established Latvian tour operator group trips to Mexico, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean/Florida.
