1,500 military personnel from 16 NATO Allies and partner nations are gathered together in the Czech Republic to train their JTACS or Joint Terminal Attack Controllers. That's the service member who is responsible for calling in air support if troops are coming under fire. Before World War II, EML Lembit was one of the two submarines built by the British for the Republic of Estonia. The Estonians held the largest and most successful national fund-raising event in Estonian history. When the Soviet Union occupied Estonia, Lembit became part of the Soviet fleet. It is now on display in the Estonian Maritime Museum. It’s an unusual sight to see US attack jets landing on a highway. That’s what happened on a road in Estonia with A-10s from a unit based in Missouri. These aircraft are temporarily stationed at Ämari Air Base in Estonia. The pilots need to practise landing on a variety of surfaces. This short documentary is about 6 unique volunteer librarians that keep one 100 year old little library operational. These 6 women are true guardians of culture and history of the country and provide local communities and passersby with a place of comfort where they can integrate with locals, educate themselves about the country and search for advice. These little towns where these stories take place are not your main destinations in New Zealand, but they showcase that you can find warmth, kindness and support in places least expected. Each of one us human beings is unique in its own way, but to truly understand the reason why you must really dig deep down inside to discover the human trigger that drives these individuals. Throughout research I've discovered an elder amateur astronomer who has his own built observatory and everyday of the week he welcomes visitors to his home to show them stars and teach them a bit about astronomy. Driven purely by passion to share, educate and inspire others he is a man that leaves a prominent mark in this world. This project has been commissioned by 100% Pure New Zealand. This short documentary I've directed tells a story about a horse breeder in Kuwait who is extremely passionate about black Arabian horses. These animals are extremely rare, only 2 % in its breed. But it's not only a search for the colour there is more to it. This is showreel combines many great projects my company has worked on. Full service video production from idea to result. My company did multiple selfie style video commercials for Liepaja Olympic Centre. This commercial is made to attract Lithuanians to visit LOC Pool and SPA. Motion Graphic animation made for German client, for their service. My company did full service animation production, voice over and audio production. http://gps-carmagic.de I was hired by Sellwood Yoga to shoot and edit a recap video of their Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica to be used for digital marketing purposes for the studio and future retreats.
