I am a filmmaker since 2008. Based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I've been working as a director, cinematographer, screenwriter and audiovisual tutor. A dozen short and one medium length documentaries are part of my filmography, all of which were broadcasted on both Brazilian Pay and FTA TV. Some of the films were selected at both national and international festivals. I also realised reports series, promotional videos for feature films and TV series, institutional and musical shows records. In 2012, I founded Cinepoesias Production, an audiovisual communication production company. I graduated in Media Studies at Rio de Janeiro's Federal University (UFRJ) in 2009.

Julia Lemos Lima is a self-shooting documentary producer and director, founder of Spread The Word Films, a production company specialising in non-fictional films about women’s issues. Her work focuses on how women deal with sexism and gender inequality. Julia has worked for TV Globo, the largest TV network in Latin America, and has been commissioned by media outlets like the BBC and VH1 and UK organisations like One World Media. She has an extensive track record in producing audiovisual online branded content, having worked with brands such as LinkedIn, GSK and Unilever. Julia is fluent in Portuguese, English and French and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish. Having edited short films, she is familiar with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.

French filmmaker. After studying Mathematics in Paris, I completed a Master's degree in Political Sciences in Chile. I has directed various documentaries in different countries of the world (France, Togo, Niger, Chile, Russia, ...) which were broadcast in festival (MIDFF Doker, IFF Message to Man, ImagéSanté Festival of Liège, FIFB Montreal, Luxor African Film Festival, Festival de Cine de Bogotá ... ) and on TV channels like TV5 Monde, CineBrasil TV, Canal Futura. I have also directed children's film workshops at the Robert Lynen Cinematheque in Paris. Currently, I live between Brazil and France and I am a professor at the School of Visual Art of Parque Lage (EAV - Rio de Janeiro). 
At the same time, I am passionate about black and white digital photography and have set up my own laboratory where I reveal my photographs. My work has been published in POSI + TIVE Magazine.
