Julia Lemos Lima is a self-shooting documentary producer and director, founder of Spread The Word Films, a production company specialising in non-fictional films about women’s issues. Her work focuses on how women deal with sexism and gender inequality. Her films have been screened at Mzansi Women's Film Festival in South Africa, Copenhagen Underground Film Festival, London Feminist Film Festival 2018, Cineffable - Paris International Feminist and Lesbian Film Festival and Rio Film Festival. Some of her latest productions have been awarded Gold Evcom Clarion Awards, a Learning on Screen Award, and nominated as a finalist for Best Research Film of the Year in the AHRC Research in Film Awards. Julia has worked for TV Globo, the largest TV network in Latin America, and has been commissioned by media outlets like the BBC and VH1 and UK organisations like One World Media. She has an extensive track record in producing audiovisual online branded content, having worked with brands such as LinkedIn, GSK and Unilever. Julia is fluent in Portuguese, English and French and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish. Having edited short films, she is familiar with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.

Hi! My name is Yuri Schuler, I'm a Brazilian filmmaker and music producer, based in Rio de Janeiro. I have always been passionate about music, so after starting a couple of rock bands in my teen years, I began to work as an audio engineer and recordist for Multifoco Música, an small music label in Lapa, RJ. From 2009 to 2013 I had the oportunity to work with some high level artists of brazilian popular music, such as Sandra de Sá, Luiz Brasil, Wilson das Neves, Elton de Medeiros among others, both in live concerts and in studio. In 2013 I felt the need to expand what I could offer to artists and musicians, so I started a new label, Útero, that would not only focus in music recording, but also in creating a connection between music and video, and how one can help the other in a world full of distractions and new content to compete. Since then, I have been enrolled in several courses, workshops and masterclasses, as well as practicing in real life projects, honing my skills as a filmmaker and project manager. Today, Útero has become my principal occupation, and I have directed several projects of music videos, live sessions, concerts etc. We have an office that has video edit rooms, professional recording studio and music studio, and our team is a group comprised of filmmakers, music producers, photographers, graphic designers and audio engineers, all working under the same roof and purpose. . With this team of talented people and infrastructure, we started to not only produce content to the Útero youtube channel (with over 20000 subscribers) , but also to offer our skills as freelancers, to other channels and companies of several niches. We have worked with museums, shipyards, sports, food photography, art exhibitions, social projects an so on. French filmmaker. After studying Mathematics in Paris, I completed a Master's degree in Political Sciences in Chile. I has directed various documentaries in different countries of the world (France, Togo, Niger, Chile, Russia, ...) which were broadcast in festival (MIDFF Doker, IFF Message to Man, ImagéSanté Festival of Liège, FIFB Montreal, Luxor African Film Festival, Festival de Cine de Bogotá ... ) and on TV channels like TV5 Monde, CineBrasil TV, Canal Futura. I have also directed children's film workshops at the Robert Lynen Cinematheque in Paris. Currently, I live between Brazil and France and I am a professor at the School of Visual Art of Parque Lage (EAV - Rio de Janeiro). 
At the same time, I am passionate about black and white digital photography and have set up my own laboratory where I reveal my photographs. My work has been published in POSI + TIVE Magazine.

Matias Maxx is a journalist, photographer and videomaker based in Rio de Janeiro with twenty years of experience both with big, small or solo crews. He produced, shot and directed stories, documentaries and series for international media such as VICE, NatGeo, HBO and Al-Jazeera among others. In 2016, he published in VICE Brasil the article “Did the pacification of the German complex work?”, awarded first place in the V Latin American Journalism Award on Drugs. Cannabis researcher and activist. He also directed and produced video-clips, ads and mini-documentaries for Sony, Island Records, Nike and Red Bull.
