The TV-Journalist, fixer, cameraman & director Christian Feiland located since 24 years in Istanbul. He became a “globe trotter” as an infant due to his father´s job. As a toddler he has lived for 4 years in Istanbul and as teenager he has spent 3 years in Karachi, Pakistan. In 1993 Chris started his media carrier at the Radio station “Kiss FM Berlin”. As young journalist he moderated a 2h program called “Kiss Young Culture”. Shortly afterwards he changed to the field of TV and he was hired by the “Deutsche Welle TV” service provider “Media Port Berlin” as a TV-Reporter. Istanbul became his destination by choice in 1997. He settled down and worked for the German national TV station “ARD” in the Istanbul Studio. Later on he started his own production company, which produces programs for TV stations world-wide. He has worked with various well-known personalities like: Ivan Watson, Michael Bloomberg, Dieter Kronzucker, Claus Kleber, Anne Will, Antonia Rados, Tilman Jens, etc.
