It's one of the most prosperous places on the planet, and there are almost no traces of Argentina. Its residents don't accept visitors who carry Argentine flags or patriotic shirts. They sympathize with Macri and they criticize Kirchnerism fiercely. A look into the fight of CODEDI (Indigenous Rights Defense Committee), the community life and collective work in the Autonomous Capacitation Center "Finca Alemania" through the 4th National Theater Encounter taking place from March 19th to 22nd 2020 in Oaxaca, México. Trailer of a longer piece on self-sustainability projects squatting in Collserola, a mountain chain right outside the city of Barcelona. Visiting and interviewing inhabitants of two different projects and illustrating by visuals how it is living this way and the purpose of it. Commissioned by 'La Directa', a Catalan newspaper. This news report covers a demonstration within the "Week of solidarity and action for the Afghan refugees" in Brussels, December 2013. An afghan student had received a deportation order and the school organized a protest against it. This is my latest Reel Bazar Road is a trip throughout time and space, in the city of Cochin, Kerala, India. The route encompasses one day, from sunrise to sunset, from west to east and also submerges us in the historic evolution of the world economy through daily elements that mark a strong contrast of ways of life. Panorama investigates a global network of neo-Nazis whose aim is to destroy society and discovers that it is recruiting in the UK. Last year, a 16-year-old boy from Durham became the youngest person ever convicted of planning a terrorist attack in the UK, prompting reporter Daniel De Simone to delve deeper into this shadowy world. Police say right-wing extremism is the fastest-growing terrorist threat in the UK and that the coronavirus pandemic may be leaving young people vulnerable to radicalisation. As Daniel investigates the Durham case, he notices certain names cropping up again and again. Working with investigative journalist Ali Winston in the US, he tracks down some of the movement's most influential figures and reveals how the network operates across the globe.

About Ariadna S.
Since a child, I was always a teller of stories. I believed -and still do- that all types of stories, even the most difficult ones, need to be told and heard. Because I learn from people who cross my path, my camera is always ready to catch their thoughts, worries or dreams. I believe in the power of stories because stories can change people like they changed me.

About Oriol A.
I am a journalist, documentary filmmaker and TV producer, mainly covering Europe and the Middle East. Currently based in Barcelona, I specialized on international politics and social issues, with a focus on human rights, migrations, social movements and peace and conflict resolution. I was based in Beirut from 2013 until 2021. I was the DP, editor and co-producer for TV3, the Catalan leading TV channel, covering breaking news in Lebanon, Syria and across the Middle East, and producing long form documentaries for its various programs. That gave me the opportunity to cover some of the main recent events in the region such as the war against ISIS in northern Iraq and Syria, the conflict in Gaza, Erdogan’s grip on power in Turkey, elections in Israel and the wave of social movements against corruption and failing governments in Lebanon and Iraq. I was also the Middle East stringer for Cadena SER (2017-2021), Spanish leading radio station, producing news reports and feature audio pieces for all its programs. My works has been also published and broadcasted in Al Jazeera, Deutsche Welle TV, Middle East Eye, Ruptly TV, Inter Press Service News, Afkar/Ideas magazine and Eldiario.es, among others. I’ve also produced narrative content as a video journalist and photographer for NGOs such as Oxfam, International Rescue Committee and Terre des Hommes Italy. I’m the co-founder of Contrast Journalist Group, a journalistic organisation that advocates that journalism has a social role and is a tool for societal transformation. At Contrast we have produced several documentaries on the post-war social, economical and political effects in Colombia, Africa or the Balkans. Since 2011, I've been the international editor for Directa magazine, an independent and cooperative investigative media based in Barcelona. I graduated with a BS in Journalism and a Master in Creative Documentary by University Pompeu Fabra. I also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Conflicts and Peace Communication. My work has been awarded twice the Joan Gomis Memorial Solidarity Journalism Prize for 'The refugee Somalia', a written feature published in 2010; and for the documentary 'Lebanon. Pact of Silence', which aired in 2012.

About Didac P.
SHOOTER/DIRECTOR/PRODUCER – DOCUMENTARY & CORPORATE Often working as IMPERATIVE FILMS duo with Kuba Sobieski. Over the last 5 years I’ve navigated through the film and content creation industries for all sorts of clients, putting together teams and organising shoots as a producer; or directing documentary projects from research to delivery. What I’m most proud of is the skill set I’ve gathered over the years, I would definitely get my hands dirty to operate cameras, do live sound recording, edit and colour grade when the job needs it. The work I’m most proud of is a corporate shoot for La Salle University I directed, shot and edited, a short doc on blockchain from research to delivery for Block TV and the commercial video for a new transport’s app in London called Shortcut.city. All of them I directed, shot, edited and colour-graded. Documentary-wise I produced a series of 9 mini episodes in Copenhagen for TV3, directed a short called Cracking The Whip that reached international festivals and I’m currently co-directing a feature length documentary in Colombia called Soñar Despierta on the peace process and womanhood. Thanks to this background experience I’ve been perfecting my interviewing techniques and creative skills to build elaborate non-fiction films that pay special attention to personal stories and unique aesthetics.
