Connor has served as the Head of Photography at Herb where he oversaw the art direction and photography operations and strategy for images published to an audience of 16 million people. Connor created, directed and produced several of Herb’s most successful videos which garnered millions of views and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue. Connor was a Director, Cinematographer, and Editor of The Exit, a documentary on the use of cannabis as a potential solution to the opioid crisis. Connor was the co-director and Director of Photography of several short documentaries, including a short film called Game Changers, which profiled Al Harrington, who played 16 seasons in the NBA. Connor also co-directed a mini-documentary called "Of The Earth", which focused on the treatment of indigenous people on Tyendinaga Mohawk territory following the passage of Bill C-46. Previous to Herb, Connor was an Art Director and Senior Photo-Editor of The Plaid Zebra, an unconventional lifestyle publication that served 4 million monthly readers at its peak. About Wang Gang Feng Wang Gangfeng is credited as being the first freelance photographer in China. As of today, Wang has garnered a number of prizes and recognition in China and broad. In Shanghai, Wang now runs a photography studio “Gang of One” in one of the few remaining shikumen mansions in the neighborhood of Zhang Garden. Wang is famous for taking family pictures among the Zhang Garden neighborhood, which is a gateway to step inside the vanishing architecture and discover the authentic Shanghainese way of life. Wang’s photography style heightens the concept of “West meets East” with contracting colors and interesting composition.

Ian Willms (b. 1985) is a post-documentary photographer and member of Panos Pictures. His multi-year photo essay projects often address the intimacies of power struggles, inequities and profound compromise. As a photojournalist, Ian has contributed to National Geographic, The New York Times, TIME, GEO, New York Magazine, The Guardian Weekly and many others throughout the last decade. Ian's ancestors fled violent persecution in Russia before settling in Canada, where Ian grew up in a subsidized apartment building for at-risk women. His formative years were steeped in a community with lived experiences in mental health, addiction, homelessness, poverty, racism and gender-based oppression. Ian's longform works have garnered support and accolades from The Eugene Smith Fund, World Press Photo, Sony World Photography Awards, Pictures of the Year International, The Canada Council for the Arts, the Lange-Taylor Prize et al, and been shown in exhibitions around the world.
