In December of that same year, I was promoted to a full-time videographer position. I covered stories ranging from elections, Husker sports, the Hallam Tornado, and Hurricane Katrina. I also set up/shot nightly live shots with our microwave truck. From Mar 2006-Dec '06 I worked as the assignment editor, coordinating reporters' stories and planning news coverage throughout the day and long-term. My wife and I started our own videography business, Five C Video, in 2006. We shoot and edit numerous types of video jobs, including corporate and business videos, sports videos, weddings, recitals, and other events.
