About Bassem A.
I got my degree in film studies at ISAMM- Tunis in 2006 and a Masters in 2011. I am a director of photography who does commercial, narrative and doc work. For me, camera movement and composition is just as important as lighting. How a frame moves into the next frame. To try to make the camera movement a part of the emotional connection of the talent in the films. So are lenses and color in creating mood. I can understand the needs of the director since I make my own films as well. I understand their dedication to their ideas and their drive, that I work to augment. And if you are a producer reading this, I completely understand your needs as well and think you are wonderful. I take on every project with as much energy as humanly possible. Cinematography is my passion, along with 3D and 2D software, photography and gaming. I'm based in Tunis but available to travel. I work on all projects, big and small.

About Natalia R.
At the age of 19 I started at the Communication University and entered the world of journalism in the best possible way, under the wings of journalist Manuel Campo Vidal. In his production company, Lua Multimedia, I was involved in the making of the films “Adolfo Suarez, the Key of the Bunker” and “Felipe Gonzalez, the Modernization of Spain”. This had a big influence on my professional career. Study continued with a Masters in Direction and Production of Documentary Films, in Madrid, where I directed some documentary short films. I then shifted to Paris where I have lived since September 2011. Here I work as a freelance correspondent and camerawoman for various international media: Cuatro (Spain), El Diario las Américas (USA), Cadena 3 (Mexico), ExcelsiorTV (Mexico), NTN24, RCN (Colombia), Noticias Mundo FOX, HispanTV...

About Maher B.
Being passionate about the arts and the big screen since childhood, I started my first film essays at a very early age. After graduating high school, I chose to join the Institute of Fine Arts of Tunis, and there I discovered that design is an infinite world that feeds on all artistic registers. After a master's degree of 5 years, I invested my knowledge gained from my long career in film clubs to my academic training to specialize in video making, motion and graphic design. Actually, my career has been full of diversity. I have been the art & creation director for several projects launched by both conventional and independent media. I had the opportunity to acquire a solid experience within the Tunisian subsidiary of Zinc Network as a creative director where I also wrote, produced and edited multiple videos. Moreover, my involvement in the Tunisian Federation of Amateur Filmmakers (FTCA) since a young age has allowed me to develop a personality that is both creative and committed. My journey in the federation has taught me to be a conscious citizen artist. Video, film and motion design have always been the mediums for me to express myself and to defend and support the major causes of my community through the media. Artivism is my philosophy in life. I am currently directing my first animated short film, "Blue", which deals in a very poetic and profound way with violence against women in my country. Throughout 11 years of experience both in my professional and activist life, I have shown motivation, professionalism and positive energy in all the projects I worked in.

About Marwen H.
Marwen started editing at the age of 21 yo as a senior editor right after his graduation from Cinema School of Tunis (ISAMM) in 2013 with the feature creative documentary "The black memory" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAxMji2acq0&t=43s and since that he has worked as a senior editor on 19 projects as ; 4 feature documentaries, 1 feature docudrama, 4 short documentaries, One documentary series of 30 episodes, and 10 short fiction two of them received a lot of awards not to mention video clips and publicities. Check his public profile on D-World for more samples and credits including IMDB https://www.d-word.com/people/ElHechkel He also made many workshops for elders, youth and kids with many NGOs like DW (Deutsche Welle), Alkhatt, MediaHub..etc And he worked for 3 different universities as an editing trainer. Editing, for Marwen, is not just technical work. Editing is much more a story telling with frames including dramaturgy, psychology, emotions, rhythms, involvement of the audience and more. He led a lot of projects, especially documentaries to their best with both senior and young filmmakers when sometimes no script or story line is written. So his job as editor is much more on papers and boards about the structure, the intentions as well as the point of view.
