Enrique Huaiquil is a Chilean-American award-winning cinematographer, photojournalist, documentary photographer, video editor, and graphic artist based in Northern Virginia. He has covered a wide variety of issues, including the Central American caravans trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border, the aftermath of the earthquake in Puerto Rico, white supremacy in America, COVID-19 intensive care units, and immigration detention centers. Enrique has been documenting the immigration crisis in the U.S. In 2021, his focus was primarily on the growing Afghan community in the Washington, DC area as a result of the increased number of asylum seekers and refugees who had to flee Afghanistan with the American withdrawal in 2021. As a Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting grantee, he has explored and chronicled the challenges faced by refugees who evacuated Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover. Enrique's work has been published in a number of major news outlets including Al Jazeera English, NBC News, NewsMax, China Global Television Network, PBS, WETA, Bloomberg, and Business Insider. He has collaborated with a large number of NGOs, government agencies and educational institutions including GreenPeace, Sandy Hook Promise, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He is an Emmy Award recipient for video editing of a short documentary produced by Al Jazeera, He Survived Ebola, Now This Doctor Is Battling Coronavirus and a Webby award winner for cinematography for the video The Awful TRUTH about “No Trespassing” Laws. Enrique has a master's degree in filmmaking from AmericanUniversity and he is also a talented artist who specializes in oil-on canvases.He calls his style abstract-surrealist and has shown his work in several galleries in the DMV area.

Bio: Susu Hauser is an award-winning photographer and documentary filmmaker, specializing in telling stories through multimedia. She is known for her ability to capture extraordinary imagery while weaving together impactful narratives that bring awareness to issues and drive viewers to action. After graduating from American University with a B.A. in Visual Media Communications, Susu began her professional career in television with Original Productions on the Emmy Award-winning docu-series, Deadliest Catch. She built a name for herself behind the camera in a highly male-dominated industry, working on other action-oriented television series including Ice Road Truckers, Ax Men, Wicked Tuna, Wild Justice, Chopper Live and Airplane Repo. In 2015, after more than a decade creating content for Discovery Channel, National Geographic, and The History Channel, Susu cofounded The Invisible Lens, a full-service video production company with a mission of creating positive and impactful feature length films. Highlights of this work include a full-length documentary about the undiscovered species in Ethiopia’s Bale Mountain National Park, a cinematic memoir for NASA physicist, George Gloeckler, a short documentary entitled Voices of the Inside Passage which was selected to the 2018 Colorado Environmental Film Festival, a medical docu-series for Detroit’s Top Docs, and innumerable volunteer work with nonprofits across the United States. In 2021, Susu founded her own full-service video production and photography company, Susu Hauser Photography. She has continued her impactful work with local communities and has since produced Dress for Success Triangle's "Women Making Change" fundraising video, as well as, created promotional materials for Sonda Yoga, Living Arts Collective, and the Jonah Garson Campaign. In 2022, she partnered with Photographers Without Borders and Multicolores nonprofits to highlight the empowerment of women through Fair Trade and the artisan market, and has begun field production of her full length documentary "Hands of Change." I am a New Orleans native-based photographer; but I also work out of Houston, New York, and DC. I am obsessed with portraits. It is all about the process of creating the portrait, and the story behind the portrait. The process of creating the portrait is a mark of true craftsmanship. I try to capture portraits that are honest. I often use black and white photographs to achieve that. I believe black and white photographs allow me to see; to truly see. When color is absent it is all about the architecture of the photograph; the light, the emotion, the tonality, the lines, and the shapes. It allows me to see deeper. Alongside being a documentary photographer and filmmaker, Maen, professionally, is a human rights researcher and campaigner at Amnesty International. Maen considers himself a dedicated creative, always encouraged to learn and explore in the imaginative realms. He has been documenting the Palestinian skateboard scene for the last six years and engages in reciprocal nourishment with this community. Maen has experience as an awarded documentary filmmaker, having made Kickflips Over Occupation.
