We are Shena and Shira Pridgett, freelance photographers/videographers based in Dallas. We turned our passion of capturing moments and stories into a career in 2018 and took the Digital Film and Video Arts class at the MediaTech Institute Dallas and graduated with a certificate the same year in December. We've worked with many remote and North Texas companies, large and small. Dallas Girl Gang, The Dallas Cotillion Club, CaterCow, R&R Naturals, PlantPop and many more! Our filming styles vary from stylistic to minimal and we can adapt to whatever our clients are looking for in the final product. We don’t see film and photography as just a way to put food on the table, it’s a creative outlook on the world. Throughout Shana’s decade-long career working in social media and marketing, she helped build brands like Alo Yoga and Grayson. At 30 years old, the dream life she built, while coveted by others, had started to burn her out. Pouring herself into a journey of self-discovery and purpose led to her leaving her marriage and an established career path in the same year and shortly after becoming an accidental entrepreneur. Rebeca Centeno is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and media professional. Her work has appeared in numerous outlets including Democracy Now!, Teen Vogue, Condé Nast (and numerous other Condé Nast brands), Truthout, ZORA, NowThis, The Washington Post, and act.tv. Her film EARTH SPEAKS was selected for The Red Nation, Santa Fe, and San Pedro International festivals and received an award at the Cinema Verde Festival in 2016. She was awarded a New York City Council Citation of Honor for her work on the LGBTQ New Americans: Oral History Project with Brooklyn Community Pride Center and Immigration Equality in 2016. She received a BFA degree from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and an MFA degree from the Integrated Media Arts (IMA) Program at Hunter College.

During that time I've filled the roles of producer, director, editor, and shooter on various types of projects. Murrow award for excellence in video, three regional Murrow's in the same category over 3 consecutive years, and various other recognitions for my work.
