I am a highly self-motivated, collaborative, and creative assistant camera operator & drone pilot with a diverse background in documentary filmmaking. As an MA graduate (with Merit, University of the West of England) in Documentary Production, I have experience in assistant camera operation, DIT and drone videography in various challenging and often remote settings. I worked with BBC Studios (Documentary Unit) in 2020, ORF 2 (UNIVERSUM), BBC Studios (Science Unit) in 2021 and Talesmith in 2022 to shoot multiple sequences, bts, timelapse, and interviews in remote areas as well as being responsible for transferring, managing, and logging multiple shoots on location whilst exercising creativity in adapting shooting to unforeseen environmental challenges.
Mix the City (MTC) is an interactive music platform that draws users to explore the music of a particular region and create their unique music compositions that can be shared online. Launched in April 2015, Mix The City Tel Aviv – partly funded by The Space and the BBC – led to a further nine incarnations of Mix The City globally, but this is the first of its kind in the whole of Africa.

A couple of months ago one of Savé Valleys rhino ops teams discovered that Chimoko, a young black rhino bull, was suffering from a nasty leg injury caused by a snare. He was limping and dripping blood but could not be treated without an x-ray, vets and a full support team. That is why we came back and brought an x-ray and a team of experts to the Zimbabwean bush, to save Chimoko.

For the first time, thanks to new technology, cameras filmed at night, in colour, which the eye does not see. This allows us to penetrate to the heart of the secret life of the fauna and more especially of the elephant people. Then begins the incredible odyssey of the elephant and his family to survive through the wildest and desolate spaces of southern Africa.
Commissioned as an independent filmmaker, I was involved in conceptualizing, producing, and editing a promotional video together with Prodigy Graphics (http://www.facebook.com/pg/prodigygraphicworks) to show the development of the infrastructure at the St Paul’s Hospital Millennium Medical College, Addis Abba, Ethiopia.
