About Elena
Hello, I am a journalist and filmmaker, creating documentaries and social impact stories for the platforms like Yahoo News, Watch Argo, Zoomin.tv, etc. I believe that a well-told story can serve and inspire others, as well as contribute to society and make the world a little bit better. In addition to researching, shooting and editing documentaries for media, I am also an award-winning cinematographer. My latest movie “Vereja” (2021) has been screened at numerous Film Festivals around the world. I hold a BA in Film Directing and a master’s degree in Journalism from Moscow State University.
