Hello! I am Pardix, a Chilean journalist dedicated and orientated to Multimedia Production with 15 years of professional activity in TV companies since 2007. I have worked as a Creative Director, Photographer, Filmmaker, Content and Community Manager, Video Editor, and Motion Graphics Animator for Digital Media.
I was one of the ambassadors in Chile of the international NGO Chicas Poderosas. I was selected by its founder, Mariana Santos, in 2013. The year after, I received training, participating in workshops at Stanford University, NASA Singularity University, YouTube, and Google News at Google HQ in California, where I was appointed ambassador. In 2015 I was one of the 200 journalists selected for The 19 Million Project in Rome, Italy, focused on generating projects to solve problems of refugees in Europe.
In 2017 I was part of the speakers who held Design Thinking workshops for workers at the offices of Turner Chile (today Paramount Chile). In 2018, I left my job at the TV company's creative agency to travel to New Zealand for a year and a half and dedicate myself to entrepreneurship in creative development and digital projects called Fábrica de Ideas Chile.
In 2019, I returned to my country for a non-stopped freelancer career in different projects for companies, highlighting my work as Multimedia Director and Video Producer in "Mujer, Poder y Medios MOOC" (2020-2021) and "Modelo para Armar MOOC“ (2021) by Chicas Poderosas and Google News Initiative. Motion Graphics animation work for the important journalistic investigation "Madera Sin Rastro" (2021) carried out by the Centro Latinoamericano de Periodismo de Investigación (CLIP). Film director and producer, for the 50th-anniversary commemorative video of Old Georgian Women Association of Saint George's College Chile (2021), which included script writing, archival materials restoration, motion graphics design, journalistic production, interview recording, editing, color correction, color grading, SFX design and musical creation for video.
In 2022 I started making different graphics animations and music composing for the Mexican NGO Vita-Activa.org and the full production of an advertising spot for the modular architecture company Chilean company ARCOM. In April, I participated in "El Negocio de la Represión", designing motion graphics representing data to infographics for that journalistic project for CLIP. In July 2022 I started my collaboration with Univision Noticias. I've been editing videos for the Uninoticias IG profile.
