I’m a passionate and energetic filmmaker and photographer based in Australia, working in Africa and Asia. I have over 10 years experience as a producer, writer, director, cinematographer, editor and photographer. I bring a professional eye for detail to projects that I work on, producing films that not only entertain but also inspire audiences to think, feel and respond. I have produced short and feature length films which have screened at film festivals, in cinemas and on TV networks worldwide. Clients include Al Jazeera, ABC TV (Australia), SBS TV (Australia), STV (Sweden), LinkTV (America), Cathay Pacific Airlines, Nike, and BHP Billiton. I have created works for travel companies, multicultural organisations, charities and indigenous communities. I am confident shooting solo and in a team and I am adept at making people comfortable with sharing their story. I am passionate about humanity and change, and I love the challenges filmmaking throws at me.

In the slums on the outskirts of Nairobi is a small brick building next to a football pitch. The sun beats down on its corrugated iron roof and the building has no windows. In the evenings, a group of girls meet there to participate in a boxing program. Called BoxGirls the course teaches the young women self-defence, confidence and attempts to keep them from early pregnancies and drug use.
