In a nutshell, Mr. Akyuz will oversee and direct all television show directing inlcluding documentaries, current tv shows, and light entertainment shows for Turkish broadcasting companies. He will be leading the entire department and will be in charge of hiring and managing the television productions staff as well as directing Turkish television shows, domestic television and other types of television productions as needed. The television program directing department's budget, planning and team member developmen will be a key aspect of his duties. He will establish and monitor team member performance and develop goals, assign accountabilities, set objectives and establish priorities for the directing responsibilities. Mr.Mehmet Akyuz will be hired as the Director of our Television Production Unit at Westwood Production. The applicant's job duties will be primarily as opposed to incidentally executive and supervisory in nature. He will be in charge of hiring and firing along with managing his department staff, as well as overseeing all aspects of a wide variety of television productions undertaken by WP. He will be responsible for managing a production team and all television-related directing projects from beginning to end. In addition, Mr. Mehmet Akyuz will be in charge of various administrative aspects, including hiring and overseeing cast and crew, assisting in the writing and editing content, maintaining a budget and creating work schedules based on directing principals. He should ensure that a production schedules meet timing and financial goals. Mr. Akyuz will work across all TV shows produced within the Company, including: Documentaries TV Shows Series Light entertainment programs Live Trasmission Broadcasting for Turkish Broadcasting Companies. These programs may be either transmitted live, recorded as live, or prerecorded in any multi camera environment in studios or during outside broadcasts (OBs), or shot on single or multi camera film or tape shoots and edited in post-production.
