This 6 x half hour series is a travelogue adventure on the wilder side of China. In this series we make a giant loop around the heart of the country, from Shanghai to Tibet, through Mongolia and back to East coast on the Bohai sea. The aim is to explore the less-visited landscapes, the minority cultures, and to understand the way of life on the rugged terrains.
Shot over 9 days in March, the story starts in the wild, wet-markets of Shanghai and ends in the wilderness of Yangshuo Hills.
