Matan is an award-winning, Emmy-nominated filmmaker. Broadcast credits include Channel 4 and the BBC. Matan’s personal work focuses on the short documentary form. His films have have been winning awards, featuring in festivals worldwide and receiving millions of views online. Matan has also worked with creative agencies creating content for organisations and international brands such as The North Face, Save the Children, Cancer Research UK, ArtAngel and many more. His most recent film "I Have a Message for You" was produced with The New York Times and was nominated for an Emmy(2018). He is also a musician, currently focusing on old-time banjo music and Italian folk songs.
