Project ‘Sampoorna’ is in line with PepsiCo’s Performance with Purpose 2025 vision to improve access to nutritious foods to underserved communities across the globe. The project has enrolled over 1000 adolescent girls from 10 villages in the Banaskantha district in Gujarat. Over 10,000 young people in India find better job opportunities with the help of HOPE foundation’s vocational training programs every year. We reach out to individuals through peers, family members and community leaders. We train them in skills such as computers (MS-Office, Corel Draw, Page Maker and Tally), tailoring, retail management, beauty care, housekeeping, paramedical training, cellphone repair, masonry and electrical work. The students also learn spoken English and life skills. Upon completion of the course, we help them find jobs through placements and job fairs. Over 35,000 children, women and men have better healthcare with HOPE foundation. We work primarily in urban slums with people vulnerable to preventable diseases because of neglect through ignorance, unsanitary living conditions and extreme poverty. Our programs focus on women’s health, childcare, leprosy treatment and rehabilitation, tuberculosis eradication, and HIV/AIDS treatment and rehabilitation.

About Sandeep
Independent filmmaker based in New Delhi, India. Post graduate from a national film institute 'Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, Kolkata'. Worked in fiction and documentary films as a shooter, director and sound designer which have been screened at many prestigious festivals all around the world. Also worked with award-winning Bangali director Aditya Vikram sen gupta's film JONAKI(2017) which has won numerous awards in international film festivals. Also been part of Amazing Thailand film challenge in 2017.
