María Gabriela Méndez is a social communicator and degree in Literature, graduated from the Central University of Venezuela. He did a master's degree in publishing and cultural journalism at La Sapienza University in Rome. He has worked as a journalist since 1998, in the Venezuelan newspapers El Nacional, El Universal, El Mundo and the weekly EnCaracas. He has collaborated for some magazines such as Arcadia, Gatopardo and Esquire. She is co-author of the Pioneros books. Scenes from the first five years of the National Orchestras System of Venezuela (ArtiCruz Editores, 2012) and Panorama: 46 ways of making art in Bogotá (Rey Naranjo Editores, 2016). Since 2015, she is editor and journalist of the Bienestar Magazine.
