About Nekane

As well as having an MA in Global Media, and starting my audiovisual work in television (Canal + trained me), I have been filmmaking independently for most of the last 2 decades. I take pride in my work and take the time to make sure I deliver the editorial you are looking for. Both in content and look. I enjoy making documentaries that incorporate an arty or fun style of filming and editing when appropriate, crossing audiovisual genre lines and adding extra layers of meaning to the underlying message of each film. I have all my own kit so I am able to complete a project alone from beginning to end. For larger projects, or when it is necessary, I rely on local crew I have worked with in the past, to do specific sound, graphics, or camera work when required. Each project is a whole new journey of discovery and fulfilment in creation. Filmmaking is my passion. Let's chat about yours!
