Noah also works frequently for NGOs such as Oxfam, UNICEF, Planned Parenthood, Internews, Save the Children, and The Carter Center in the region. For two years he was the Presidential Photographer of Bolivia’s first indigenous President Evo Morales. And he recently exhibited his work of the past 10 years at the UN. He has received a Fulbright fellowship, a Nation Investigative Fund grant and multiple grants from The Pulitzer Center for Crisis Reporting.
