Mansi Sharma is a seasoned TV + Documentary Producer-Director with over 12 years of experience in directing and producing a diverse bunch of documentaries, docu series as well television shows, most recent being Netflix's viral hit and Emmy nominated Indian Matchmaking, TLC's hit 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way as well as 7 editions of the legendary The Amazing Race. She has fixed and produced special segments for ABC News' 20/20 Primetime doc 'Falling from the Sky', a documentary for DW The Sound of Nature : Beethoven Worldwide, 2 investigative news reports for The Bureau of Investigative Journalism on drug-resistant TB and Neonatal Sepsis, 2 special reports for Channel 9 Australia as well as for CNBC International. Mansi has researched, produced and directed documentaries for WWF, Animal Planet, Discovery, Vice and IUCN : Rivers Beyond Borders on hydro diplomacy and transboundary water governance in South Asia, following narratives of people living along river Ganga and its tributaries through Nepal, India and Bangladesh. She has also produced films and devised communication strategies for Rotary International, Sesame Street, Whirlpool, OYO, Bharat-Dalmia Group, KitchenAid, Google and Ministry of External Affairs India among others.

One of the biggest and most viral shows of 2020 internationally, Indian Matchmaking is a reality doc series that follows 8 individuals in India and US as they navigate the world of arranged matchmaking over a period of 1 year. I have been a part of the project since it's commission - in India, I was the person heading research and casting during pre production and was responsible for creatively producing verite segments as well as master interviews for main cast.
Worked with the crew from Channel 9 News Australia as a fixer, following their story to find the suspected killer of an IT worker in India.
As the Executive Producer of India leg of Rotary International's film - People of Action, I was responsible for facilitating and executing their vision for the film on ground. My role involved hiring a talented crew, facilitating logistics and permits as well as producing with the talent.
I was commissioned to facilitate and fix this longform story on India's TB crisis - written by award-winning journalist Madlen Davies. I was responsible for identifying and interviewing TB patients in India from various strata, ministers from Delhi government as well as public and private hospitals in India.
As the Field Producer in India, I was responsible for was responsible for creatively producing verite segments as well as master interviews for main cast for 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Season 2.
