I am an Ecuadorian filmmaker, grew up in Quito and have always developed a special love towards the history of this city and this country. I studied film and audiovisual studies in Emily Carr University in Vancouver, Canada. My first oficial short-film was released in the year 2014 and since then , I have being working as a Director, director of photography and editor in the Colombian / Ecuadorian region. In 2016 Estudio Trementina was founded, an independent production studio witch I created with 2 colleagues. Estudio Trementina has c=become one symbolic studio in ecuador because of the artistic content we create and because it has focused on cultural videos in its majority. I have produced videos for Art Galleries, Museums, Theatres and music festivals in Quito and Guayaquil. 2020 and 2021 I have worked as cinematographer and editor for a docu-series about the music scene of Ecuador. this last year I participated as cinematographer of an international interview with alJazeera about a Bolivian robot designer who works with recycled material i filmed a interviewsDirected more than 50 music videos and have being director of photography of of more than 20 episodes of different cultural short-documentaries .
