Before moving to Buenos Aires to freelance, Alba was the Latin America Interactive Producer for the Associated Press (2012 to 2015) and an professor in digital storytelling at the University Centro for Design, Cinema and Television in Mexico City. Born in Girona, Spain, she has worked as a videographer and documentary director for TV and digital. She has directed, produced and filmed documentaries in India, Colombia, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Cameroon. She received the prestigious La Caixa scholarship to study an MA at Graduate School of Journalism at the University of California at Berkeley. After that, she worked as an Associate Producer at Mediastorm multimedia studio in Brooklyn, NYC. In 2009, she received a grant from the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Foundation to work for the Werner Herzog's documentaries production house and continued to produce programs for National Geographic and Discovery Channel. She is currently freelancing in Buenos Aires.

Prosecutors and the judicial employees union have officially called for a silent demonstration on February 18th marking a month since the death of Alberto Nisman. Not sure the march will be "silent" but it certainly will very emotional . I want to capture the people's outrage and demands for justice.
