La Yunta Zambiceña - Community food systems
Documentary about the processes of dialogues, motivations, reflections of its participants convened with the support of La Yunta Zambiceña; and issues related to food in Pichincha. As part of its Sustainable Food Systems program, Rikolto contributes to the initiative "Farm to Fork Dialogues. Conversations between cities / farmers on a just transition to resilient and low-carbon food systems". This aims to provide spaces for the co-creation of constructive and creative dialogues on a just transition around food and agriculture. The initiative also recognizes in a local and coherent way, global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss and nutrition.
