Jim and his team handled our last minute video & audio request for a news story very well. There were several unknowns related to the shoot (location, weather, access, etc.) and Jim's team helped our team find the best location possible, while delivering high-quality video and sound. His team set up a two-camera shoot with a high-profile guest & also shot solid b-roll. Jim is extremely responsive, arrived on time and communicated details of the shoot clearly. He made sure that the lead producers who were not on-site were looped in on all decision-making from afar. His deliver of the footage was timely too. Would recommend.
