I am a filmmaker and cinematographer, born and raised in New York City. I shoot documentaries, TV, news, non-profit work and commercial work. I am interested in short stories that are less about the re-telling of the news event, but about the characters and lives that are living in the world where the news event has taken place. I have conceived, directed and shot short docs for The New York Times, AJ+, Nat Geo, and VICE, amongst others. I also make my living as a cinematographer for TV and feature films. A feature doc I was the cinematographer for, "Don't Tell Anyone", can currently be seen on PBS' POV.
