On November 14, 2016, students from Garfield High School in Seattle, WA walked out of class to march in support of those who stand to be oppressed by a Trump presidency. I filmed, edited and sent the piece to The Stranger ready for publication later that evening.

Brogan Thomsen started the volunteer-run tradition of placing luminaria candles along Lake Washington in Seattle's Seward Park neighborhood 25 years ago. I made this short character piece as a personal project. It has since been picked up by The Seattle Globalist and will be shown during their film festival at the Northwest Film Forum in December 2016.
