This film is a visual journey through one of the most stunning countries in the world; China. Taking place in the jungles of Guizhou and the cityscapes of Guangxi, we follow Arc'teryx athlete Jonathan Seigrist as he makes his way through the regions most difficult limestone rock climbs.
Before Alex Honnold's “Nose” speed record, and before Jonathan Siegrist sent "Jumbo Love," the pair teamed up this spring for some training time—each working projects outside of their comfort zones. Honnold learns what it feels like to be #siegristing on "Atonement," and Siegrist ups his bicep game while working then project "Bone Tomahawk."
Mountain Film selection, Slaydies. La Sportiva climbing athletes Margo Hayes, Paige Claassen and Emily Harrington take a trip to Spain, to explore the abundant sport climbing and deep water soloing that Mallorca offers. Each woman is a "slady" (i.e., lady who slays) in her own rite; each has contributed to the progression of the sport, while continuing to support her fellow slaydies.
