About
In my 10 years of experience in video production, I have produced and edited stories for UNICEF, PBS, Current TV, Brooklyn Independent Television and CUNY as well as for non-profits such as Smack Mellon gallery and the Educational Development Center. Most recently I've been producing and editing stories for UNICEF. I also get to share my experience and enthusiasm for documentary storytelling by teaching video production and editing at The New School in New York. A few of my short films have played at film festivals, including the feature 'Waited For' which has been distributed by Wolfe Video. I live in New York, but grew up in South Africa and am interested in all things African as well as human rights issues, identity politics, religion, gender and technology. I love telling stories and I love filmmaking.
