I am a photojournalism graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill that has worked for the past year and half for the local NPR station, WUNC. My talents include short film production and news photography as well as portraits if needed. I was published nationally in 2017 by NPR for my work on the 82nd Airborne. Jamey Blyth works 35 hours a week at the SPCA of Northeastern North Carolina to save hundreds of cats. By doing this, Jamey has found new purpose and meaning to his life.
I always wanted to be like my dad. Ever since I was a little kid, I wanted to be a Marine officer, just like my dad. However, due to a medical reason, I couldn't do that. This documentary is a personal look at my relationship with my dad and how he felt about me not joining the service. (This is a work in progress)
