About Tawanda
My name is Tawanda Mupatsi, I am a 28 year old Zimbabwean male freelance video journalist with an unbridled passion of telling the Zimbabwean story be it in arts, business, politics or issues of human interest. With the ability to adapt to the dictates of pressure and different given surroundings I am in a position to execute and deliever news packages/reports in time. Heightened social skills have also equipped me to blend within my subjects therefore resulting in the capturing stories with an eye that is un-close.

Amidst a crisis of a swelling urban population in Zimbabwe, wetlands are under threat from desperate home seekers who are building structures on them hence compromising the balance in these natural ecosystems. With this realisation a local group of individuals has emerged to protect the remaining wetlands whilst lobbying with the government to find sustainable alternatives for depleteing space.
